Telewest signs partnership with Zero Knowledge Systems to provide online security


Telewest announced that it had signed a long term agreement with Zero-Knowledge Systems (ZKS), a leading provider of online security services to ISPs, to provide comprehensive Internet security tools to its blueyonder broadband customers. The service will be known as blueyonder PCguard.

74% of blueyonder customers said they were worried about Internet security and 41% said that they would be happy to pay for Internet security tools for increased peace of mind.

blueyonder PCguard will feature:

  • State of the art firewall
  • Anti-virus software
  • Anti-spyware software
  • Pop-up blocker
  • Parental control services
