Technorati Passes One Million Tags And 14m Tagged Posts In Under 6 Months
David Sifry, CEO and founder of Technorati, posted that Technorati has passed the one million tag and 14 million posts marks.
Technorati was launched on Jan 17th of this year - I didn't realise that Technorati was under 6 months old, but then again I've only been blogging for a few weeks so why should I?
For me Technorati sums up the global explosion in blogging, which will only increase now that the big boys like Yahoo! and MSN are getting involved.
Whatever happens, I'm sure David will be laughing all the way to the bank. I can't imagine how much traffic Technorati is getting now and how much money he must be making.
