Still Having Problems With Vonage
I still can’t receive calls because my DSL adaptor hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve chased them twice this week and each time they have no record of my call.
I’m finding this more and more with online companies. I think they underestimate that people still need ‘real’ support and rely too much on online faqs, knowledge bases etc. These are fine when someone is playing around with a free service but when money is changing hands online companies need to get their act together!
