If you want to add one feed at a time then go to the <a href="https://freerangeinc.virtual.vps-host.net/freenews/jsp/viewBookmarks.jsp" rel="nofollow">'manage'</a> page, then click on <a href="https://freerangeinc.virtual.vps-host.net/freenews/jsp/feedEdit.jsp?itemId=0" rel="nofollow">'add feed'</a> you can either go to the 'import/export' page to import a OPML file, which you should be able to create quite easily if you use a reader now.
If you want to add one feed at a time then go to the 'manage' page, then click on 'add feed'
