I have to admit that I haven’t tried using Gizmo but if it does avoid Skype’s bandwidth consumption then I’ll be a fan. Gizmo is a new Skype-like VoIP client from Michael Robertson, of SipPhone, MP3.com and Linspire fame.
Gizmo is SIP compatible which is a big advantage over Skype which means Gizmo users can call and receive calls from other Skype networks.
Does anyone have any Gizmo experiences they want to share?
