Cowon have had a change of heart and are going to make the 60Gb iAudio X5 model after all according to engadget. Maybe this will be my iPod alternative, although reviews are mixed.

the iaudio is X5 is great, as well as the D2. Cowon is really on their game as far as the industry goes. They are definately up there with apple in quality and performance.
