Skype Reduce Skypeout Costs

Skype have reduced the costs of its SkypeOut service. The new global rate to most countries is now 1.7 Euro cents to most major countries.

Skype are trying to spin this as a birthday giveaway but I think it is more likely because Skype are trying to make SkypeOut more attractive as the take-up rate is lower than desired.
