why do you people lie ? just be honest and say we limit the use of this super fast speed untill you have used this much in a month.

		<description>Via Life in Broadfield Village via Jo I discovered that Telewest, my broadband provider, will be increasing my service from 1Mb to 4Mb for no extra charge! Nice. The upload speeds will go up a little too, although not enough for Internet based backups...</description>
