Kensington Digital FM Transmitter For iPod - Amazing Quality
My Kensington Digital FM Transmitter finally arrived from the US yesterday and I’ve had a couple of hours to check it out and all I can say is it is amazing!
I had to replace my iTrip because it doesn’t fit my new 5G Video iPod, which I was slightly annoyed about. But, now that I’ve got the Kensington I don’t care. The audio quality is so much better as the Kensington FM Transmitter can operate over a much wider range, which increases the chances of finding a blank frequency and also because I think the signal is stronger than the iTrip’s.
I also love the way that it can store 3 presets which makes tuning a lot easier than with an iTrip. This means I can leave the iPod in its cradle and adjust the tuning via the Kensington.
I can’t wait for someone to get in the car and to be able to put on a music DVD or a movie for them with the audio going through my car system - I will be keeping my eyes on the road of course!

This used to be illegal in UK because of the signal interference. Yet, I just heard recently that it’s gonna be legal anyhow…

[...] What’s the best way to connect an iPod to a car? I’ve been searching the net trying to find the best way to play my iPod through a car stereo. For the last 4 years I’ve been using FM transmitters to play my iPod on my car system, originally with an iTrip and currently with a Kensington FM transmitter. [...]

Many devices that are invented are wire less and continuously creating the same. That is, the use of signals. Interferences are expected but still better than using other medium and simply it’s not possibly to use wires. There are lots of cool ways that automakers have been doing to make driving more fun. I’ve just seen a Batmobile that looks really cool! Expectedly it had a lot of batman stuffs all over the car including its car floor mats- http://www.aftermarketperformanceparts.com/car-floor-mats.html -Surely kids will love it!
