JHymn is quite a cool little application. It removes iTunes DRM restrictions without any loss of sound quality and also converts mp3 tracks from AAC to mp3 so that they can be played on other players.
There’s just one catch – it doesn’t work with iTunes 6 but they are working on fixing this. I’ll post an update when a patch is released.
