I got burned by pixmeup.com, but what’ wors, is that paypal was part and parcel to it. No matter what evidence was shown, paypal was the final holder of my funds, which I never got back. God’s truth.

Let's Flash Forward to May 25th 2007. Pixmeup.com is no where to be seen. This was certainly a big Pyramid scam. I was one of the people who advertised a single 100x100 pixel block costing a whopping $25 dollars. The people who manage the pixmeup site are cowards and they suck. So, lets see two years many thousands of dollars. now pixmeup is no more. For that king of money you can get way more at http://pixels.getpaid420.biz At lease you know that this site looks way cooler than the former pixmeup site shit. So hit us up and post some pixels. it is now come to light that after several delays after delays, that there may be evidence that this matrix was stacked with some of russ medlins friends. mainly a guy by the name of tom moore. He was helping do a few calls during pre-launch and now appears that he was bumped up in the matrix for his efforts. Russ said time and time again, that EVERYBODY is time/dated from when they join and how they will be placed in the matrix. There is now evidence coming out that this was indeed not true. if tom morre got special treatment then how many other friends of russ's also got bumped up in this matrix???
Not only is this not right, but this now becomes FRAUD,,,
If you would like to read the evidence that so far has been found to back this up, there is a very large thread over at moneymakergroup.com inside the referral/mlm section.
We may never know the extent on how much of this went on, but it only takes 1 person to turn this whole thing into Fraud.

We live in a democracy and everyone is entitled to their opinions but, really, enough bickering.
What this all really boils down to is this. I spent $250 for a 10 square block of advertising space on PixMeUp.com about 1 month ago. Since then I have acquired 15 new customers for my business from the ad which has returned me a healthy profit, well over the initial cost of my PixMeUp ad. I still have 11 months of ad time to run so I can see this to be the best $250 worth of advertising I have ever done. IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m considering doing an ad on every page.
Forgetting the matrix payouts I am very happy with PixMeUp.
What Mr Blair hasnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t pointed out is that anyone who chooses to promote PixMeUp can make a very decent income building their personal silver matrix using good old fashioned multi-level marketing. The gold matrix, which is what Mr. Blair seems to be objecting about, is merely a bonus. The bonus in month 1 will be better than the bonus in month 6 but isnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t that like an advertiser offering discounts on their new product for the first month only? ItÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s just the way you look at it. It you like the concept of network marketing like me then you will write a message like this. If you donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t like muli-level then youÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ll write one like Mr. Blair who should study what constitutes a pyramid scheme (if he did he would see that this does not qualify). If your down-line can make more money that you, how can it be a pyramid? He probably just doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t understand the marketing plan.
If people advertise with PixMeUp they can expect more traffic to their website. If they put some effort into promoting the site they will make some money as well. If people want to place and ad with PixMeUp but they donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t have their own website and they expect to make a “fast buck” by doing absolutely nothing then forget it, the special offer is off (just like the half price settee did not remain half price at the new furniture store).
So what we have here is a very good advertising platform (already proved that for myself) with a great multi-level opportunity with the personal silver matrix and an added bonus with the company gold matrix.
I donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t think the company will stop there either. IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m sure many other advertisers will want to take advantage of this very successful website. If millions of people are going to a website, then advertisers want a piece of it donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t they? IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m sure the company will find some novel ways of passing some of this Ã¢â‚¬Å“peripheralÃ¢â‚¬Â income to the network of advertisers too.
Now, Mr Blair please find something else to do with your time. My guess is you hate muli-level. I hate football, and that sometimes generates some bad press, but it doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t mean football is bad. Why donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t you turn your attention to something like that and get into someone elseÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s hair and out of ours. Or better, better still, why not find a way to make a second income in your spare time and do something positive with it instead of wasting it on Ã¢â‚¬Å“tittle-tattleÃ¢â‚¬Â. I canÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t believe youÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve gone to all this trouble in the belief that you are saving people $25. If you want to do some good, why not campaign to stop the National Lottery? The poor public pour millions of their hard earned cash into that and thereÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s a 14 million to one chance of getting anything decent out of that. Mind you, you may have to move house because the government will be after you then.
Go on, read the marketing plan again and then have the decency to admit you were wrong.

When you purchase a pixel ad from “PixMeUp” you are paying for a years worth of advertising on their site,,,THATS IT,,,,just exactly like anyother pixel site out there.
You are not buying a program and paying for business centers. You Are Paying For Advertising!!!
What is GIVEN TO YOU is 2 business centers for every block you purchase that has the opportunity to make money. Why does “PixMeUp” just give you 2 business centers?
“PixMeUp” will make their Money on Volume. A block of 100 pixels cost's $25. That's 1/4th of what the Million Dollar Homepage was charging for the same amount of ad space.
Now also like the Million Dollar Homepage, 99.9% of all the pixel sites online that charge for advertising,,,,,They Keep 100% Of All The Revenue,,,,,
“PixMeUp” decided not only to charge a far price for their pixel space, but also wanted the advertiser's to share in the profits generated from making their pixel site the #1 on the Entire Internet.
For every $25 block of advertising sold they are paying back out over $16. directly to the Advertisers (us). (thats 65%)
Further more, that $16. is being distributed to 14 different business centers.

I've been on most of the conference calls, at least one every other day. I have yet to hear a guarantee of fortunes that will be made. I consistently hear Russ Medlin, the founder of PixMeUp saying there is spillover for everyone in Pre-Launch, but he then adds, that doesn't necessarily mean everyone will get a paycheck on Day One.
He also says if you referred X number of people, and their business centers fill up, you would get Y amount of money. He says, I guarantee you that is NOT going to happen. But it could be the case that 10% of that will happen.
So again, I'm not sure where the income guarantees are coming from that you are citing.
There may be affiliates out there touting this as a get rich quick scheme. But those of us who truly understand this company realize that this is a fantastic opportunity with no guarantees, just like any business. The reason we are so excited though, is the potential is large, and the risk very negligible.
As for fast payouts, what has been said on the conference calls is our back office has live reporting of our commissions, and we can request payment at any time. We do not have to wait until the end of the month. This does not mean those of who are serious about this business think we are going to get a check for $10,000 after the first week.
Due diligence is warranted, I agree, but you can't knock PixMeUp as illegitimate when it is the fastest and largest pixel site on the planet. I'm not making that up–it's sold well over 2 million pixels in 6 weeks. It took Alex Tew 5 months to finish his first million. We've had over 5000 registered users in the last week, most of whom will be buying at least one ad today at launch time (5 p.m. EST). Watch the pixel count yourself on Page 6 after that time, and see how fast more pages go up and are filled up.
Also, for those wondering where all the people will come from, remember that the people who are already in this company are likely to buy additional ads with some of their commissions. This is especially the case when a new page opens up and the click through rate is the highest. Each additional ad block provides 2 business centers to fill in the matrix. So this is not a linear math concept claiming exponential numbers. (link)

Amazing what is going on with Pixmeup…with owners claiming guaranteed spillover for everyone on confernce calls…outlandish income guarantees being made to prospects by current members…the fact that many of the larger ads on the pages all lead back to only a handfull of websites and the overall mess they seem to be in on a corporate level…it is no wonder we are hearing that several AG's are currently looking into their business practices.

From your arguments, Everton, all commission based businesses would be pyramid schemes. A real estate broker works the same way as a PixMeUp business partner. A real estate broker only gets paid when he or she makes a sale (in the U.S. that's typically 3%). In order for a real estate agent to make bigger money, he or she recruits new agents, and shares in the profit of each sale. In order for each real estate agent to make money, they have to have increasing numbers of houses to sell (or the same houses to sell again). With PixMeUp, an advertiser gets a real service--a clickable ad to their homepage--and has the opportunity to sell more ads. In this business model, however, a person's income can be generated by others selling ads, because of the way the "matrix" is filled out by each new ad. Each new ad's commission is split by 12 people and the company. Is it possible for a new person to not get their money back? Of course, as with any business. Just like the real estate wannabe who gets training, pays the licensing fees, and then the broker fees of the agency. They may never sell a house at all.
