Recommendation For My Next Xbox360 Game

I decided to spend last weekend playing Project Gotham Racing 3 on my Xbox 360 to see if I could make it through the Amateur ranks to Contender.  I've found that I seem to do better in the evenings racing against the Americans than I do against the Europeans, particularly the French.

It all went horribly wrong and I'm now ranked a paltry 13.  The cheats have taken over PGR3 and it's impossible now to even get around the first corner fairly. 

I need a new game to play and I'm not sure which one to buy.  I've got Condemned already which I need to start and Perfect Dark, which I have no intention of playing as I got bored after 5 mins.

What do you think I should buy?  I'm toying with pre-ordering Dead or Alive 4 on Amazon.  I need to start playing more games to get my gamertag up – I'm currently only 235.
