Time To Upgrade Your CPU? AMD Cut Prices By Up to 20%

AMD have just cut the prices of its Athlon 64 X2 chips by up to 20%, making these great chips even better value. I'm not bitter, even though I've just bought a 4200+ as you have to expect prices to always come down.
The fastest X2, the Athlon 64 X2 4800+ is reducted by just under 20 percent, as the price of the chip fell from $803 to $643. AMD discounted the 4600+ and 4400+ X2 chips by 14 and 8 percent, to $556 and $467, respectively. Similarly modest cuts arrived with the revised prices of the 4200+ and 3800+, discounted 11 percent and 8 percent to $362 and $301, respectively.
If you are planning an upgrade, you can't go wrong with one of these chips.
