PDF download is a lifesaver for anyone who does any decent amount of research online.

I've also just found a cool background changer - not exactly useful - but a good bit of fun: http://www.coolbrowsers.com

Screengrab! is another great tool

re tab-tweaks, i find Tab Browser Preferences good too.

It has many tweaks and its own pane in the options box.

you need to be careful tho with some of those tab extensions. conflicts can cause real problems.

PS this aspect of your comment box where it writes what you type can really slow a person down. i had to open a stickynote just to write. (is it really necessary? it sux lol! no offence, but it does. makes commenting a hassle (PPS the novelty will soon wear off lol!)

Fantastic list you have compiled here. I got a few I did not have and thanks. I always turn my computer on and open my tab section that then opens all my site information while I make a coffee. I then come back and get an overview of what happened overnight. The good thing about Firefox is that its far superior than other browsers.

http://sitebar.org/downloads.php offers a bookmarks-synchronisation software that doesn't require you to open an account with any specific provider: just upload your bookmarks file to any FTP or WebDAV host. I've been using it for over a year to synchronise my desktop Firefox's bookmarks with my USB thumbdrive's PortableFirefox bookmarks wherever I go.

Great list, but i'm still after my one true heroic externsion: a toggle button for connection settings so I don't have to go through tools/options/connections to switch off my proxies when i'm not in the office. it drives me nuts.
