New Design

I’ve decided that the move from Blogware to Wordpress is now complete. So, what do you think of the new site? There are a lot of new features to try out:
- Automatic popularity calculation for posts and pages, and a list of the most popular pages
- See how many views each post has, and also a list of the most viewed pages
- Improved search engine
- Better site navigation – including better categories and a new sitemap
- Comments feed and the ability to get RSS feeds per post
- Email alerts per post with full control over subscriptions
- Fewer ads
- Slicker Archives
- Cocomment integrated
- Bookmarking tools
- Email to a friend
The moves had some highs and lows, but I’m very happy with the final result and I don’t think I’ve lost any traffic even though the second DNS propagation required for the move to a VPS hasn’t finished yet. Let me know what you think of the new site and if there are any features you would like to see, or even removed. It seems like everyone is trying out a new look for the summer including Martin over at gHacks who has just launched a new site, which is much easier on the eye.
