You can find free silent ringtones on those mobile sharing community sites. All you have to do is signup for free membership. Sites like zedge.net & mobile9.com are just some of those free ringtone websites.

wow if you try and record the silent ringtone you can not hear anything on playback, it must be so high pitch that not even recording devices can detect it
