11 Killer Freebies For Your Pocket PC
I’ve been installing some new apps on my Dell X51V today, thanks to a great article from Lifehacker’s Rick Brioda, who’s appears to be a bit of a Pocket PC expert having written 101 Killer Apps for Your Pocket PC.
I’d already discovered some of the 11 free apps listed such as Orb and Skype for Pocket PC. I’ve been using Orb quite a lot recently, as the hard drive on one of my Xbox extenders has blown so it’s the only way I can watch TV streamed from my Media Center PC in my bedroom.
Other apps I’ve installed now are eReader for reading eBooks, PocketMusic which looks like a good alternative to Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, and also Magic Button which can close all open apps in 2 clicks if you’re running low on memory.
