What’s The Best Wordpress WYSIWYG Editor?

I’m getting frustrated with the way the default Wordpress posting window keeps messing up my posts, adding in crazy < strong > tags all over the place and also failing to put line breaks in the right place.

What’s the best WYSIWYG Editor for Wordpress? I need one that works with the Image Manager Plugin.
