FM Transmitters Will Be Legal In The UK From December 8th

Finally. According to TechDigest, FM Transmitters will be legal in the UK from December 8th when the new Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2006, is passed:

“In response to consumer demand Ofcom has led negotiations in Europe to develop a harmonised technical approach designed to limit the potential of interference to other wireless devices,” Ofcom said in a statement.

Fantastic. I can now use my Kensington Digital FM Transmitter legally.
