Who Says That There Isn’t Honour Amongst Thieves?
The ChronicleHerald (no I don’t read this newspaper-I found the story via Digg!) featured a story at the weekend that made me chuckle.
A Red Deer man (yes, it’s a real place) has been jailed after an outraged burglar spotted massive amounts of child pornography on his computer and called police. William Mitchell, was convicted after police acted on an anonymous tip, and searched his home. Apparently what happened was that a thief had stolen William’s computer, and after seeing the huge number of pornographic images featuring children he called police.
The clever burglar left the police a video showing the computer monitor as he browsed through the disgusting images, with the address of where he stole the PC from. The police then raided the address and seized computer equipment containing 13,315 pornographic images.
Who says there isn’t honour amongst thieves?
Oh, btw the burglary remains unsolved.

If that thief had any honor, he’d have handcuffed himself to the PC first- then called the police.
