Yet Another Free Online TV Service – Streamick.com

streamicklogo.gifThere seems to be a non-stop supply of online services offering free TV over the internet.  The latest offering I’ve discovered is Streamick.com which offers more then 300 real TV channels to choose from including NBC, ABC, ESPN, BBC1 and many more, organized in categories and ranked by the site users.

One of the nice features is that all channels are in English.  Basically, if a channel is available in English it will be on Streamick.

The service claims to be totally legal as no paid channels are listed.  I’m not too sure about that, as even if a channel is free-2-air I’m sure that services still need to get permission to show the content online.

wow thanks! BBC1, especially, might be useful.
I guess they’re legal unless they do not broadcast the channels out of their servers, at the moment they’re just using feed links from the original providers..

I’m not sure if that’s the case though Paul, as when the BBC acquires content rights itself there are normally restrictions on where that content can be displayed e.g. that’s why the live web footage of the world cup was only available to UK internet users.
