What’s The Best Socket939 Motherboard?

I’ve decided that the only upgrade I’m going to do over Christmas in preparation is upgrade my Asus A8R-MVP motherboard, which has been a pretty big disappointment from almost day one.
I’m just about to start my research, but I thought I’d see if anybody can recommend a Socket 939 Motherboard for me. It needs to easy to overclock as this will be only be my second motherboard. In terms of hardware it needs to accomodate the following:
- X1900 XT i.e. needs a dual PCI bay
- AMD 4200+ CPU
- 4 SATAII HDDs
- 1 IDE HDD
- 4 GB Ram
- 2 PCI Cards
- Min 4 USB2 slots on mobo itself and connector 2 more on case front panel
- Gigabit LAN built-in
I don’t need a crossfire mobo as I have no intention of buying a second graphics card. It would be nice if I could have a spare PCI or PCIx1 bay or two though.
What do you reckon?
