Give To Charities While You Search
I’ve been racking my brains this week to come up with a way to help some charities online this Christmas. I already do some charity work online by looking after BrainBlogger, the blog for the Global Neuroscience Initiative Foundation (GNIF), but I wanted to do more this Christmas.
Luckily, while I’m looking for a personal project I’ve found something we can all help with. GoodSearch is a search engine with a difference. The search engine is powered by Yahoo!, but rather than all ad income going into Yahoo’s coffers, 50% goes to worthy causes. You can even chose which charity gets paid for your searches.
So, to help someone in need you this year you don’t even have to raise a finger. Just get searching.
