No big surprise as the Wii sold out within 12 hours. The video below does a good job of covering the launch at the main HMV on Oxford Street. The Oxford Street launch featured footballer Ian Wright fighting World Champion boxer Ricky Hatton on Wii Boxing, which Wrighty won.

Not that much anymore than a few years ago but still.. If Nintendo would not have offered a different experience I wouldn’t have bought a system from this generation.
I only have Wii Sports and Wii Play at the moment and it is fun.. Will play it today with some friends which is probably THE way to play. I love playing games with friends, more fun than playing alone.
