Skype Roll-out New Versions, But Why Can’t They Add The Feature That Everyone Wants?
Everton | Dec 13, 2006 | Comments 0
Skype made available today new versions of both its PC and mobile software. Skype 2.2 (Beta) for Windows Mobile included support for smartphones with over 120 devices now supported, and Skype 3.0 was released for desktop PCs.
What I can’t understand though, is why Skype still doesn’t have a proper tool for importing contacts from say Outlook or another PIM?
The reason why I don’t use Skype more often on my Dell Axim is I can’t be bothered to open my addressbook everytime I want to make a call and copy&paste the number across.
It seems to be the most obvious piece of functionality to add, but for some reason Skype for some weird reason don’t want to do this.
