Free TV Service Is Growing At An Amazing Rate – How Long Before It Is Shut Down?

I feel really sorry for the TV and Music industry as they are fighting a losing battle in my view to stop their content being shared and downloaded online. There are so many services where you can find TV shows, music and software for free it is unmanageable in my view.
A month or so ago I featured one of the newer online TV Services, TV Links. Since then it’s been the biggest driver of traffic to my blog even though I’m at the bottom of first page of results on Google Canada of all places. In fact this link alone has made Google Canada my 3rd biggest referrer.
I thought I’d have a look at well TVLinks was doing, and I was impressed by the growth the site has seen in under a month:
The growth is nothing short of astounding and I’m pretty sure that TVlinks will soon be on the radar of the powers that be, for some serious legal action. TVlinks claims that it is legal because they only provide links, and don’t host the content:
Is this site legal? Don’t make me call my lawyer.
We provide links, nothing is wrong about that.
I imagine that this is the same argument that the Torrent search engines use, but I’m sure that any legal loophole that they are exploiting will soon be closed.
Interestingly, Google hasn’t given the site a Page Rank yet. I wonder if this is a deliberate move to suppress ‘dubious’ sites?
