I’ve Joined AGLOCO – Why Not Get Paid To Surf?
Everton | Feb 05, 2007 | Comments 1
I read about AGLOCO on John Chow’s blog yesterday. AGLOCO’s mission is to allow advertisers to reach you directly while you surf and search the internet, by adding a small toolbar called the Viewbar at the bottom of your browser. The incentive for users to join is that they not only get paid for their own surfing and searching, but also for any of their friends that they refer.
The toolbar is quite discrete in my view. I’ve signed up as even if I only use it to search Google, I could still be getting a nice cheque every month or so. The service is still in beta, but I think it could be quite successful once it gets going.
