FREE Banner Advertising Now Available On Connected Internet!

Yes, my generosity knows no end. Some of my regular readers may have noticed a new banner appear in my sidebar from Daily Blog Tips over the weekend. This is my first direct ad sale and I’m very happy with it as Daily Blog Tips offers content that is very relevant to a lot of my users. If you are keen to improve your blog then I recommend that you subscribe to Daily Blog Tips.
What about the free advertising offer I hear you ask? Well, in order to serve the Daily Blog Tips campaign and to also serve my own banners in the forum I have installed my own ad server. I was trying to think of what else I could do with the new ad server, and given that I have no design skills whatsoever, I’ve decided to give away all of unsold ad inventory to my readers! (If you are interested in purchasing any advertising on Connected Internet then all of these formats are now available, as well as many other advertising opportunities you can read about here.)
What does that actually mean? Well, whenever a paid for ad isn’t displayed on Connected Internet then your ad could be displayed instead! The last time I checked this was tens of thousands of impressions each month.
Each ad that is submitted will be given an equal share of the spare impressions, so the sooner you submit an ad the better. The following formats are available:
- 728×90 (Forum only)
- 468×60
- 300×250
- 150×200
- 150×600 (Forum only)
Please submit your banners here
All I ask in return is that you subscribe to my feed. I will check from time to time to see if you are still a subscriber, which means you will have to signup for the email option below as it is the only way I will be able to verify you are still active. The alternative of course is to become a regular commenter on this site, so that I can see that you are an active reader.
The small print:
- Be sympathetic with your file sizes
- That you tell your readers about this offer
- I will send back any banner that I think is inappropriate or poor quality
- Every banner accepted will be given equal weighting with other banners
- My decision is final and I reserve the right to remove any banner at anytime without notice
