Branson Vs Murdoch - Who’s Going To Back Down First?

Two of the biggest egos on the planet are currently going head to head.

As of yesterday, Richard Branson’s Virgin Media Group removed Rupert Murdoch’s Sky TV channels, after Virgin Media refused to pay Sky’s unreasonable prices.

Sky’s channels include Sky One, Sky Travel, Sky News and Sky Sports News. It’s going to be an interesting battle as I can’t see either of these two larger than life characters backing down.

I’ll also be paying close attention to see how Virgin’s customers react to channels being removed. Even though some of Sky’s channels are popular, because there are so many other digital channels available I wonder if they will just start watching other shows.
