Mac Sik Infra-Red Remote Reduced From $999,999.00 To $25.95

Lots of mac users are probably rejoicing now that the fantastic SiK rex remote which was incorrectly listed on Amazon for $999,999.00 has had it’s price ’slashed’ to $25.95.
The rex Remote from SiK, Inc, manufacturers of accessories for iPod, Macintosh and Windows PC’s, is an infrared remote control that offers Front Row compatibility.
If your Apple device has a built in IR receiver then the SiK rex remote will bring convenience, ease of use and accessibility to your fingertips with the touch of any one of the 6 buttons on this compact, little Apple gadget.
The SiK rex remote is, in my opinion, better than the Apple Remote because it can be inserted into the MacBook Pro for storage via the ExpressCard/34 slot, which means that you’ll never have to worry about leaving home without it (nor will you be bothered with carrying it on your person or in your bag). Plus, with 6 buttons, the Sik rex is a whole lot easier to control than the Apple Remote.
Other notable features of the SiK rex infra-red remote for Macs:
- Works with Front Row, iPod Universal Dock™, mira™, Remote Buddy™
- Stores in MacBook Pro ExpressCard/34 slot
- Six buttons: Menu, Select/Play/Pause, Volume Up, Volume Down, Next/Fast-Forward Track, Previous/Rewind Track
- Compatible with Apple TV™ and all Apple products introduced in 2005 or later with built-in IR receiver
- Can function at distances of up to 30 feet with unobstructed line-of-sight to the receiver
- Replaceable battery (CR2016)
- Pairing with Apple TV™ supported. (via onscreen settings menu only)
- Pairing with Apple computers not supported
If you’re a big user of the Front Row feature on your Mac but hate carrying the remote around, much less remembering to bring it, then the SiK rex remote will be perfect for you.
And, again, it is no longer 1 million dollars so you won’t have to apply for a mortgage type loan to get one!
