i loved my q until the battery seemed to stop holding a charge. my battery seemed to give me about 5 or 6 hours of talk time before recharging (quite reasonable i thought) then all of a sudden it started randomly powering off. i went to repair and was told it was a software issue but motorola wont let me update the software because i’ve had the phone more than a year (it’s out of warranty after a year). i think this is planned obsolecence and grounds for a class action lawsuit. i mean, i am so tired of these companies forcing us to upgrade when we cant afford to and really dont need to. i’m looking for some guidance on what to do with my frustration.
