6 Great New Upcoming Gadgets That Are Worth Looking Out For
In this post, I’m exploring 6 great gadgets that will be available for sale mainly in May and June.
1. iPhone, more than a mobile phone!
iPhone is a mobile phone and yet a lot more than just that. As the most speculated mobile phone in history, iPhone, is completed with a mobile phone, a widescreen iPod and an Internet communications device which includes desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching…

The most noticeable iPhone feature to me is that it has no conventional qwerty keypad. which in itself is a first, with which you can (and aslo have to) do everything with just your fingers(touching).
Without a keypad, on one hand, it’s revolutionary and an advantage for iphone, on the other, it’s also iphone’s limitation. I’m sure some people are not used to using a phone without a keypad (especially when sending a text message). Having said that, after a while, we will all get used to and fall in love with it.
check out the video of Microsoft CEO, Mr Ballmer talking about iPhone, in which though he does make a point about the keypad, or rather the lack of it, i’m sure he won’t be the one that laughs last!
available date:June
price:$499-$599
2. Pink Zune, it’s for the ladies.

According to Zune Insider, Microsoft is rolling out a limited edition of 10,000 pink zunes. It’s kinda a good strategy to woo the women customers over. Except the color, it’s still the same player, same 30Gb capacity.
available date: May 1st
price: $249.99.
3. Sansa Shaker, shake it to switch it!

This mp3 player is something that is different and definitely adds something extra to the MP3 scene, the new Sansa Shaker music player is different, simply because you have to shake it to switch songs.
Manufactured by SanDisk, the Shaker is an innovative MP3 player that uses motion controls to let you jump from tune to tune with a flick of the wrist.
Apparently, it’s made for kids, but i’m sure we can use and enjoy it all right. The Sansa Shaker comes with a 512MB SD card that can hold around 125 tracks, with a big speaker built into on the top and a pair of stereo headphone jacks just for you to share. Interestingly, The Sansa Shaker is powered by a AAA batter, which boasts 15 hours of music.
Currently, Sansa Shaker is “available” in 2 colors, blue and pink.

price:$40
4.SuperMultiBlue, the perfect solution. (united kingdom)
While Blu-ray and HD-DVD are fighting fiercely for the market share, Korean electronics giant LG has come up with a perfect solution - putting the 2 players together into one - SuperMultiBlue.

The LG’s solution is the world’s first dual-format Blu-ray and HD DVD player, capable of outputting footage at 1080p (the highest of hi-def outputs), boasting a full range of connections including HDMI and component alongside the usual AV suspects. SuperMultiBlue also supports a wide range of video formats, and is also capable of playing your old DVDs.
A cool addition to the player is the java-based interactive menus. This enables you to see the footage on screen, also with an overlay menu, which enables you to get into the interactive options.
If you’ve been scratching your head for a decision on whether buying a HD-DVD or Blue-Ray player, then LG has just made the decision for you and it’s the best.
The price will put a lot people off, but I’m sure it will drop at some point, and in the end of the day, it’s worth it!

6. Nokia 6120, a proper multi-tasker (united kingdom)
the new Nokia N95 hasn’t been in the market for long, yet Nokia has just released details of another great 3G handset the Nokia 6120 Classic.

Three cool features:
1. it’s got a super fast HSDPA chip inside, with which you can browse the web at broadband speed.
2. There are 2 cameras (yes, that’s right, 2 cameras) packed into the 6120; one for video calling and the other is for taking 2-megapixel photos at higher resolution. The camera has also got a 4X digital zoom and a panoramic mode for grabbing super-wide shots.
3. the phone runs a Series 60 operating system, you can also download a wide range of new softwares to get even more functions. what’s better, you can browse the net while listening to music; send an email while downloading softwares.
you just can’t get any better than that…

i think the 6120 needed to be more elegant than what it looks like.It boats of a camera that is 2.0mp but seems its not as good as should have been.
