I known the site pingsta.com yesterday but i havn`t the invitation to try it ,I Googled pingsta invitation and find your blog ,spent long time in the forum to find your email ,I don`t know if you have already a pingsta invitation .But can you send me one if you have more ?

Please let me tell you that LinkedIn is very succesful as a basis for first contact. Just today I accepted my first 500+ invitation. Just wrote an article about it. In Dutch…
But even in the free setup I find it very helpfull. Hope you experience the same. It requires some work though. An use the good setup.

Hey Everton,

OK, it’s your fault. I finally went back and updated my LinkedIn profile that’s been sitting there mostly empty for 2 years now.

I never really saw the usefulness of LinkedIn since I wasn’t going to pay then over $20/month when I can get the same service from a bunch of other networks. Also it SEEMED really stuffy to me before, so “corporate world” which is a world I long left behind.
