I’m amazed that it has taken this long to see the light of day. Six years ago when I used to work for Vodafone’s content arm, I discovered after that my neighbour of two years was the MD of Sports Interactive who actually produce the game for Eidos. I tried to broker a deal to licence the game which they’d just develop for Vodafone, but we couldn’t agree terms.
My brother is totally addicted to Champ Manager – it’s the only game he plays. I think I might buy a copy for him so he can play it on his way to work as he’s stuck on a train for about 2 hours a day.
