Wanted: New Logo For Connected Internet

I’ve always wanted a logo for my site, but I don’t have a creative bone in my body so I haven’t even attempted one. If anyone is willing to put one together for me that they think will fit in with my site theme, I’ll be eternally grateful.

If you’re thinking of putting together a new Web 2.0 logo for your own site then Mr. Byte has put together a handy guide.  Adding a cool logo to your site I think can help your site stand out from the crowd, and can really personalise a site.

I was ok with building things at school e.g. in a workshop, but I really sucked at art.  I hated it so much, that from the ages of 7-9 when all the other kids at school would do art, I would do extra maths work instead! Admittedly back then I still found maths interesting, and I did all the way until University where I actually started on a maths course but quickly changed to economics when maths stopped being fun.  I think Maths was my third favourite subject at school. History was my favourite and still is, then Physics and then Maths.

    Cheers buddy.

Only requirements I can think of are:
    - Says ‘Connected Internet’
    - That it will fit in the space on the top right of my sidebar. It can be taller than the current text – I’ll just move all the other stuff around

why dont you create an actual header. like the k2 theme has and put a logo there.
i think it would look nice, except that it would totally change the typoxp theme.

@Jake – yes it would look nice, but it would reduce the CTR on my main adsense unit at the top left of posts by creating more noise. Adding the tabbed navigation to my site was a tough enough, much less adding a huge header.

Now that I think about it, I might move the tabs to the right……

Nice link – thanks for sharing. It’s great how he’s offering his time like that. I have no need of it but it’s a really generous offer. It’s also a useful tutorial.
