Record 279 Comments!

My post offering Joost invites received a record 279 comments! If you one of the 200+ people who I sent an invite, you can let me know what you think of Joost here.

What the post has taught me is how fast a good post or offer can grow. I also hope that some of the lurkers that the post flushed out who read my blog regularly but don’t leave comments, will become regular contributors now that they’ve got over their duck.

It’s definitely given me a taste of how popular Connected Internet could be if it keeps growing!

    @Everton, I think you must be installing WP-Ajax-Comment. Saves clean up the comment typos quickly.
  • I had a total of 324 comments on two of my joost posts in my blog. Had to close the comments because serving the joost request request individually was too time consuming. Yet I personally invited around 350 people to Joost. People go the invite and left!. They never came back to help the people under their comment - despite a message on the invitation.

  • The same thing happened to me after I started sending out Joost invitations through my blog.

    I think I got around 70 comments on that post alone and several on other articles. (Including one by the owner of this site. Thank you) A few signed up for my feed as well and I made around $1,54 on Adsense in two days. Thats a new record! ;)

    The first day I had 212 unigue visitors which is a new record too.

    Just like you Everton I'm really looking forward to how many visitors will return with their thoughts about Joost and if any of them will become regulars.
