YES! It is basically getting the readers to vote in, on the next new CEO/VP/Owner/Writer. They like this or not or etc..., same as i am the personality voice, the writer, the news reporter, diplomat, as same as i am the IT with them all IT’S of Presidents so forth, same for your behalf in your manner of vice value of your asset a.k.a website. But than again, you can write until you get old and grey, and train your readers to appreciate a new owner, a new writer, but remember this forever, cannot take a well established site, e-commerce site, with a one person CEO, writer, owner, than think it would not be thought of as by your readers, visitors, patrons, whomever as in this aspect "well he or she sold etc... or he left as from the show or etc...," you would lose a few and than later on regain a few, the next person buying the site would also lose. Than last note, you better believe it, i had the same manner as you have had, nah, nah, i had BILL GATES posted on my sites for any company who decided to make an offer or discredit the value, to validate the price of each site, and than so forth REACH OF WHAT AREA REGION, CULTURE, POPULARITY. Now for another example you can turn it into as a FAMILY BUSINESS [as Fashion Designing Line passed over in the generations, or Family Restaurants], give it time, it will be a family business, if you decided to break it into another person writing lines, TECHNICAL or SCIENTIFIC COMPUTER PROGRAMMING ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, that would than have the READERS vote in on the popular article, so forth..., same as a singer so forth a writer. Same as finding locating another co-anchor TALK SHOW HOST for REGIS PHILBERT to replace Kathy Lee, [everyone recalls this one in NY]. It would be as tough as the last liner from this statement. Have a nice day.

I stated the same aspect of a value of an asset a few weeks back, and no one would believe me either of the worth, than if i am not the writer and the personality voice behind the program as personally built, what would the site itself be worth, as BILL GATES to MICROSOFT as Barbra Walters to 2020, as 2020 without Barbra Walters, would it lose the value, and price, viewers, readers, visitors [you better believe it] so forth ratings?
