Updated To WordPress 2.2 - Ok So Far
May 20th, 2007 • Related • Filed Under
I’ve just updated to WordPress 2.2, and I haven’t spotted any problems so far. I couldn’t resist it any longer….
If you spot any problems then please let me know.
Update:
- The Comment Quicktags Plugin messed up my sidebar layout (weird) - had to deactivate
- I had to turn off the widget support in the theme. Can other TypoXP users let me know if they are having problems please

I’ve done the same. All was fine after turning off the widget support.

Thank you for the awesome template. I’m using it on my Fully Converged blog. I still haven’t added a ton of plugins and widgets, but I look forward to it over time.
Thanks again!

All things sorted out in new release? I noticed that some bloggers have been experiencing problems with third party plug-ins.

Everton: Could this fix be related to your problem with the sidebar?

Dan and Jennifer. I would definitely recommend to always use the latest version of Wordpress. It is possible to use exploits in older versions to gain access to your blog as an administrator and delete the database, rewrite articles or change the adsense code.
