Friday Fun: Amazing Remote Control Plane

One of the things I love about online videos is the random things you end up watching, which without the net you would never see. Take this video of a cool remote control plane. I have no idea how I ended up watching it, yet I’ve watched it twice now as I try to work out how on earth the plane manages to be so nimble without crashing to the floor.

I’m guessing that this plane would be totally useless outside as the slightest gust of wind would probably rip it apart. I think the video is taken at some kind of tournament for remote control planes.

There’s another video on the site as well of a remote control Jet fighter, which can do over 200mph.

Cool - I would love to see a regular plane do what the guy in the first video did, although, I think you would have a tough time fitting a full size plane in a gym!
