btw, one mistake that I found you making is not putting up your photo on your blog. Readers may wish to know more about the author of the blogs they read.

I totally agree, but I don’t use my real name or picture on my site as I want to be able to talk fairly freely on my site about companies, without jeopardising my abililty to maybe work with them, or even for them, in the future.

I know that if I used my real name, had my picture on my site, told people who I really work for and what I do for a living I would get more traffic.
