What’s Your Favourite Firefox Extension?
If you could only install only one Firefox Extension what would it be?
I rebuilt my main PC on Monday as it was running really slowly, and the quickest way to debug it was to reinstall Vista as it only takes 20 mins. I’m running a pretty lean set of applications at the moment as I can’t be bothered to install the apps that I rarely use. At the moment I’ve only installed iTunes, newsleecher, Kaspersky AV, Winrar, Quickpar, Flash player, and of course, Firefox.
The only Firefox extension I’ve installed is the only one that I really need - Google Browser Sync. I love that this plugin syncs not only my bookmarks, but it also saves my history, cookies, passwords and session. This allows me to move between machines, and even between home and the office, and just pick up wherever I left off.
If I had to choose a second then it would be the Firefox SearchStatus plugin, as I think encouraging users to use this, and also installing it on every PC I use, has been instrumental in my Alexa falling from 26,024 to currently 18,170. In fact I’m going to install it right now to make sure I don’t miss out on traffic from this machine.

I’d install Foxmarks. I use more than a computer and more than an OS. I like having my bookmarks synchronized with this plug-in.

My most used and useful has to be the Web Developer Toolbar. Especially useful for styling xml Blogger templates, as you cannot just download the template file and view it in the browser.
