I just watched a video on break.com that really stunned me. The technology on show from Microsoft included an interesting way to organise and shift through image data, and also a way of using 2D images from various sources to create amazing 3D models.
The 3D model that was created from Flickr images was amazing, and it just goes to show what it will be possible to create once better tools to manage the vast amount of data that is being shared online become available.
