Feedburner FAN Already Benefiting From Google Acquisition?

I think that Feedburner are already benefiting from being acquired by Google, which appears to have raised their profile with advertisers. Over the last couple of days I’ve had to approve way more Feedburner FAN adverts than usual, mainly from advertisers I haven’t seen before.  Are other Feedburner FAN partners having a similar experience?

I really hope that my assumption is true, and that advertisers will finally start understanding the value of feed advertising. I’m glad that Feedburner and Google are taking the lead on this, so that RSS advertising develops the right way, so that we don’t start seeing nasty popups, interstitials etc in feeds.

Just approved lots of new geo-targeted high CPM ads at Feedburner. It seems the Google effect is working!

Hey Everton, thanks for the heads-up, this is awesome.

Guess we should consider enabling our FAN ads again!

So, I wonder if this is perhaps some integration with the mystical Google CPM network that we’ve been hearing about nobody has seen in the wild. :-)

Seriously, we’d love to get into that network - TribalFusion is a nice addition to revenue, but the net CPM is not exactly impressive.

@ Pchere - just to clarify, when you say “high CPM”, are you talking markedly higher than the net CPM you end up with from TribalFusion?

    Have an awesome day!
    Dan
