What Gadget Can’t You Live Without?
I was going to ask what feed can’t you live without (mine’s Techmeme), but I thought it’d be more interesting to know which piece of technology you would be lost without.
For the lovely Nelly Furtado in the punkd video below it’s her Blackberry. I love how when the cop has a go at her for stopping a ‘very harmful blackberry’ she tries to save the day by saying her purse was in her bag as well. Overall, I was a bit disappointed to see that Nelly doesn’t seem too bright in real life
For me, the gadget I can’t do without is my Nokia N95. I’ve gone through many years hating mobile phones, but my Nokia N95 is the first phone for me that is more than a phone. It delivers my music, gets me onto the net, manages my diary, takes my pictures and it also lets me make phonecalls.
My gadget bag has got significantly lighter since I brought my Nokia N95. It’s the only device I carry now, although I will still take my digital camera on holidays and I use my iPod in the gym and in the car (no actual car for a few more months though).

It would be too easy to say my Dell XPS Gen2 Laptop, but it is not really a gadget. So I will vote for my Palm T/X. Plays movies, mp3’s etc. Oh, yeah and a to do list and calendar. (Mostly gets used for playing media though)

Hmmm its a tough one.
I am very happy with my KISS DP-600. It is a great way to stream media to my TV from my computer.
The other thing is my Nokia N80. Getting my work mail/calendar pushed to it through DME.

I wouldn’t live without my poor K700i. I know its very old. But still works

I am a traditionalist - the only “must have” gadgets for me are a simple watch and a laptop - boring but true.

If we take that literally, we can really live without all of them.

If we’re ruling out computers…probably my home theater system. It just brings so much life to all forms of entertainment.
