Normally I don’t like watching the British versions of ‘Idol’ etc as the standard in the UK is normally dreadful, whereas the American versions have some real talent on display.
However, I’ve seen some videos on the web this week that have made me change my mind, and I will be setting my new HTPC to record future episodes of Britain’s Got Talent. I love how the crowd go crazy in the second video.
I’m sure that all readers will be touched by this two videos. They definitely made me proud to be British (well, English

I can’t believe Paul Potts still looks worried about what the judges were going to say, after really belting it out! He definitely picked the right song as Nessun Dorma is one of the most recognised pieces of Opera in the UK after it was used as the theme tune for the television coverage of Italia 90.
