I just found an amazing gallery on the New York Times website consisting of the real pictures of online gamers alongside their avatars. They say that people buy dogs that look like them, but I’m amazed how hard some of the gamers must have worked to mould their avatars into their likeness.
What’s even scarier is the amount of time some of these people spend in their virtual worlds. Surely anything over 25 hours a week is concerning?
