TechDigest have an interesting story about student Shira Barlow, who inherited Paris Hilton’s old mobile number when she got a new phone. As a result, she’s getting lots of party invites from people who haven’t updated their records. She even got a flood of calls from people offering their condolences when Paris got jailed.
She apparently hasn’t managed to turn having Paris Hilton’s number into an advantage as she hasn’t been able to walk into any events. If it were me I would just ask the party organisers to send the invites via post to ‘Shira Barlow’ and explain that this is an alias that Paris likes to use
