Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Available On BitTorrent

There have been a lot of stories in the press about retailers planning to release the last Harry Potter novel early. In the past threats by Bloomsbury to not supply any retailer who broke ranks with future Harry Potter books was sufficient deterrent, but as this is the last book in the series Bloomsbury don’t have any leverage anymore.

However, all the the retailers have been beaten by BitTorrent where ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows’ can already be downloaded. The download is available in two parts on BitTorrent. The quality is apparently not very good as the files are scans of the final pages, but it’s readable.

I’m surprised there isn’t an eBook version of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I imagine that Bloomsbury are scared that an electronic version would increase the chances of a leak……

If you do download the Torrent please don’t post any spoilers about who dies. I’m convinced that Ron will die as he’s a pretty weak character, or maybe Ginny as her death would have a big effect on Harry.

If I mention this to my kids, they’ll force me to get it. Maybe if someone turned it into an ebook I’d be tempted.

I recieved a copy of this on tuesday, there are many twists in the final book, anyone wishing to know the ending are more than welcome to e-mail me on s.macdonald@gmail.com as i dont want to put it up here and spoil it for everyone, the quality is very poor but using the zoom function is readable

Every death in the book feels really random. you only feel bad about snape’s death. But other than him, no other death makes you feel anything. And no “ultra” main characters die on the good side. except Harry, who really is in limbo…a purgatory if you will.

BitTorrent is a great way to download software, provided it hasn’t been corrupted buy some unscrupulous hacker who callously uploaded malicious script into the program content you are trying to download…this has happened to me many times…i tried to download harry potter and my computer froze then crashed…i later rebooted thinking it was something i did…reformatted my hard drive…went back to BitTorrent and the same thing happened again…My advice to you is be careful downloading anything…<a href=”http://www.earlybirdmessenger.com/”>earlybird</a>!
