		<description>I agree that a sightly higher limit would be more useful.  It is nice though to not have to wait and provide a signature for small purchases.  As far as fraud goes, if it is kept to a minimum, the credit companies will just accept it as a cost of doing business while providing a service that consumers want.</description>
