I have the game, I bought it yesterday for the ps3 in Australia. It is much better than the demo was and the Be a Pro mode is alot of fun. I haven’t played too much of it but it is a major improvement from the last one, but i still believe i am only going to play this until Pro Evo 2008 is released.

I just tried the full version of Fifa 08 on PS3 at the Tokyo Game show, and must say that I am looking very much forward to having my own copy.

Fifa will be out on wednesday (28th) according to various danish websites who will sell the game.. also EB games says it’s out the 28th.

Pro evo has i think has got better gameplay if you compare pes 6 and fifa 07. Even though this is the case pes 6 gameplay still doesnt impress me. I think with fifas new ball dynamics and variety of tricks, plus the superstar mode, fifa will take it. Even though people say its just licenses i think thats a big thing it make the expirience more real than pes with the leagues etc.

Amazon.com is charging $59.99 for FIFA 08 Xbox360/PS3 version.

In Denmark it will cost around $100, thats the standard price for new console games :-/

Haha, I’m firmly a Pro Evo fan, but I’m looking forward to seeing the new Fifa. From what I’ve read on your site and seen on various game news sites, it looks like they might just be releasing a game worthy of all the licenses they spend so much money on!

Ahh – so they’re releasing it about a month earlier than the new Pro Evo. Should be an interesting battle once both are out and compared side to side! :)
